Plotwright License Agreement

Effective October 28, 2026

This agreement is between you and Sapphire Dog Sapphire Dog owned and operated by Benton Armstrong Vizzier Jr (“we”) for the copy of Plotwright you downloaded from us rather than from the App Store. Copies from the App Store are covered by Apple’s Standard EULA instead.

  1. License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Plotwright on Macs you own or control. [Beta: This license lasts until the beta ends or we tell you it has ended.]
  2. Your work is yours. Everything you write or make with Plotwright belongs to you. We claim no rights to it.
  3. What you may not do. Don’t sell, rent, share or redistribute Plotwright, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
  4. Beta software. Pre-release versions may have bugs and may lose data. Keep your own backups.
  5. No warranty. Plotwright is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
  6. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Plotwright.
  7. Ending. This license ends if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting Plotwright. Your libraries stay yours either way.
  8. Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA.
